The Salvation Army and Angel Helper Team Up To Give Domestic Violence Survivor Early Christmas
Dec. 15, 2009 - Unbeknownst to a local single mother, Christmas is coming a little early this year. A domestic violence survivor, Karen has worked hard to rebuild a healthy life for her and her teenage daughter. She has a job, her own apartment, but recent times have proved tough.

Angel Helper, an organization designed to help people just like Karen approached The Salvation Army and offered to find the help, seek out the services and work together to ease some of the everyday issues Karen and her daughter face. Top Seattle Interior Decorators Bonnie Bagley Design and Faith Sheridan Interior Design will be volunteering their time and services to transform Karen's apartment.

Karen and her daughter will receive spa services courtesy of The Alexis Hotel and a complimentary lunch at Island Soul Restaurant, while their home's redirected.
