Help Us Tell The Salvation Army's Story

Registration is now open for the New Frontier Publications writing workshop to be held on Friday, October 3 at the Renton Corps. Targeted to a Salvation Army audience of all ages —from officers, to soldiers, employees, advisory board members - this one-day workshop will include useful information about:

• The basic rules to write by;
• How to clean up business writing, such as composing an effective email and using consistent style and formatting within The Salvation Army;
• How to recognize the principles of storytelling, which are useful in writing and in talking with community members or giving a sermon;
• Easy tools you can use to better tell your story online and in new mediums;
• The three key Salvation Army stories to tell.

Help us promote the workshop

This is the first time we’re holding this workshop.
