Every year, The Salvation Army collects donations of new toys for needy families in our community. This year, with the support of The Problem Solvers, we hope that no kid in Western Washington will go without gifts this Christmas.

The Problem Solvers Toy Drive benefitting The Salvation Army is collecting toys throughout the Western Washington this season. Many locations, including Bartell Drug Stores, and Fred Meyer Stores have bins near store entrances for donations of new, unwrapped toys. Need suggestions for toys for kids ages 0 – 14?  CLICK HERE

Don’t have time to buy and deliver a gift? You can donate online to the Problem Solvers Toy Drive benefiting The Salvation Army, and your gift will help make Christmas special for Western Washington families. Make your donation HERE.

On Friday, December 13, The Problem Solvers will host a day-long collection at four locations:

Fisher Plaza in Downtown Seattle - 140 4th Avenue North, Seattle

Fred Meyer - 6100 E Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, Issaquah

Fred Meyer - 21045 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell

Fred Meyer - 365 Renton Center Way SW, Renton, WA

Stop by with a donation, and meet on-air personalities from KOMO 4 TV, Univision Seattle TV, STAR 101.5, KOMO Newsradio AM 1000/97.7 FM, and Talk Radio 570 KVI. Share some holiday cheer, and help the less fortunate families in our community.

Why not spread the joy? Ask your friends and family to participate in a Giving Tree for this event! It’s easy…simply decorate a tree (or box, or corner of the room) with posters and toy tags (available here). Your friends and family can donate a toy to your Giving Tree and make even more kids happy this holiday season. On December 13, bring the toys to one of the designated locations. Or, if needed, we can pick them up from your location. Email to NWGivingTree@usw.SalvationArmy.org to arrange a pick up.
