Fans throughout the Pacific Northwest are still teetering between disbelief and glee, after the Seattle Seahawks clinched the NFC championship on Sunday, January 18. The exciting game against the Green Bay Packers extended into overtime, and the Seahawks won 28-22. This victory leads the team to its second Super Bowl game in two years…will it be the second Super Bowl win as well?

The Salvation Army Northwest Division couldn’t be more proud. For many years, members of the Seahawks have participated in Salvation Army fundraising events. The team and coaches have consistently donated their time to help the Army raise money for its important work throughout Washington, Northern Idaho, and Western Montana.
